DDP Yoga


DDP Yoga is a unique way of working out - it combines traditional yoga positions with cardio and strength training exercises to give you a full body workout whilst stretching and strengthening your muscles, allowing you to improve your mobility, flexibility and leaving you feeling energised and relaxed!
