A variety of classes, each suitable for all levels of experience - including none at all! Adaptations will be available to suit beginners and to challenge more experienced students. However, a reasonable level of mobility will be required to easily and safely move from seated to standing postures. Each class will conclude with a relaxing guided meditation and be accompanied by a soothing sound scape.
