AGM:

Usually held in May at 7.30pm in the Village Hall.

Since last year’s AGM, the Merchiston site, with the exception of the Merchiston Field, has been sold by Greater Glasgow Health Board (GGHB) to David Wilson Homes and planning permission has been granted for erection of 267 houses on the site.

GGHB want to dispose of the Merchiston Field and this year’s AGM provides an opportunity for the Board to report on the discussions that have taken place with GGHB for the purchase of the Merchiston Field by the Trust.

Members and non-members are welcome to attend but it should be noted that non-members will not be entitled to vote on any decisions which may be taken.

At the end of the meeting, cheese and wine is usually served.
